Holiday Inn Manhattan View Celebrates July 4th
Come celebrate with us! That sound of whistles and whoops you may be hearing from where you are right now is coming from Long Island City; and all along the Queens' side of the East River. Yes! We are ecstatic and triumphant here at the Holiday Inn Manhattan View, as we know our guests, (hmm, and the staff) after too many July 4th holidays on the Hudson, will join with eastside New Yorkers for the spectacle.
With the Brooklyn Bridge as the heart of the evening's high-flying production, Macy's has planned an unforgettable display that brings out our love of America. The display will be even more stupendous when the pyrotechnics are also set off from barges in the East River. The show officially starts at 9pm, with the anticipation building through late afternoon. Long Island City will offer an ideal viewing site. And our guests will be well protected should the weatherman pull a mean one and rain on our fireworks parade!
You can plan a full day doing what you gotta-do, relax in the Holiday Inn Manhattan View with old and new friends, then celebrate. With a radio or TV turned on, holiday themed music brings the celebration to an unforgettable peak. All holiday weekend there'll be so much happening as there always is in New York City. The brand new LIC Art Bus FREE, Saturdays and Sundays started this month of May and our guests will be treated to a whole-art experience on summer weekends. Sunday, July 6, 11am-6pm, there's the Astoria Festival. Your July 4th week or weekend, overflowing with Selfies and souvenirs, with the Holiday Inn Manhattan View for your choice hotel, will last for many great-holidays. For great rates, book your stay with us.
